"I'll work on my big picture thinking then," she says, "or at least my big picture understanding."

As she chats, her mind spins off a process to begin perusing the Citadel's network. She starts by trying to determine just how how deep the shit is that their particular spoke is in and what sort of countermeasures might be aimed at them.

Judging by the information the system freely offers up, their current threat evaluation is set as Medium, warranting some amount of observation, at least. But historically that certainly doesn't seem to have been the case and the system does not grant her access to any further information regarding the 'Omniversal Nullifier' beyond being a desperate measure used on Spokes that pose an existential threat to the Citadel or the larger Multiverse.

So they were more or less on probation. Good to know. The process ponders for a fraction of a second before querying specifications on how many people she could safely transport to the Citadel as well as the regulations and requirements for doing so.

There technically seems no strict limitation, although there's bit of a process for every individual being brought to the Citadel. Not one that will necessarily be noticed by the traveler, but something Natalie would be responsible for handling. It is essentially a customs form, reason for visit, declaring any self-replicating life-forms, substances or concepts (judging by the wording it was recently rewritten to purposefully avoid use of the word 'meme' for some reason). It seems the Citadel claims the right to reject any visitors it deems dangerous or too trivial but it is a travel hub as much as it is a line of defense.

Upon looking into actual travel and not just lumi-form manifestation she's also automatically send a package of crystal-configurations and blueprints for a transportation node.

She looks through the package for any immediate potential issues in the construction before packing it back up and storing it to hand off later. It's existence though raises a question, would she or the X-Men be called on to help the Citadel at some point? She queries the system to see if she can find out how often something like that happens.
