The white-bricked Lighthouse stands tall on top of the cliffs overlooking the North Sea. While functional it usually isn't lit and serves as more of a landmark than an actual navigational help.

Next to the Lighthouse is a small, squat building of grey steel. The only door leads down at an angle and into the X-Team facilities. An open briefing and control room makes up the center while corridors lead away in the four cardinal directions. The east corridor leads to the hangar where the black QuinJet is parked. When the hangar doors are open the ocean can be seen from the opening built into the cliffs. The north corridor leads to Cerebra, which itself is a wide open dome covered in silver panels with a small pod in the middle that opens up to accommodate it's user in a comfortable seat. When in use the capsule fills with a blue gel that serves as the interface for the telepathic amplifier and immerses the user completely. The west corridor is flanked by doors that lead to the armory, the workshops and storage areas. The end of the corridor conceals a secret passage that leads towards the mansion. The south corridor leads to the Danger Room along with showers and locker rooms and stairs that lead to the observation deck that has windows showing the interior. When not in use the room consists of huge metal panels on walls, floor and ceiling that conceal the holographic emitters.
