A Crow Between Wolves

"Then your ex was smart."

"Ah, dangerous girls do make things exciting."

[Tereza Rozanov]

"Never been anything but," she say. "But you're not talking about me. Keep in mind, she's mine. You hurt her, you *will* answer to me."

[Isolde Schwarz]

"Oh, nothing could be further from my mind," she chuckles.

"She'll encourage your wolf well enough."

"And to think, I wondered why the priss started sniffing around my patch. It all makes sense, now."

"What the hell are you talking about?" Tereza started munching through her second burger.

[Isolde Schwarz]

"If you are with her, you will have a wonderful time," she says simply.

"And you will know why soon enough."

"Do give her my regards."

Tereza's eyes narrow, "Getting fucking sick of these riddles, Isolde. I'm not a riddle type of girl."

[Isolde Schwarz]

"Oh, you want details," she smirks toothily.

"You will have glorious hunts. You will have your choice of prey. And the sex? Well, I can only speculate..."

[Tereza Rozanov]

Tereza moves with speed that would probably be surprising to anyone who wasn't Isolde. Her palms slam flat against the wall that divides their holding cells and her irises wash to yellow. "Watch your mouth when you talk about her, 'mother'. I'd hate to have to wash it out for you."

Indeed, Isolde doesn't even flinch.

"Mmm, I only gave you what you asked."

"Shouldn't keep her waiting, yes?"

[Tereza Rozanov]

"No, I probably shouldn't. She's better company anyways." Tereza slid the remainder of the burgers through the slot for Isolde. "Have a tolerable evening."

[Isolde Schwarz]

"Surely not as good as yours," she grins.

[Tereza Rozanov]

Something about that grin seems to infuriate Tereza, even if she can't put her finger on it. Still, she manages to reign it in, just giving Isolde the briefest of snarls before she leaves.
