[Laura Kinney]

Ten minutes after her talk with Tereza X-23 is in the Danger Room, stretching her arms and rolling her shoulders as she waits for her sparring partner. A couple of excited students are up in the observation booth. Apaprently 'Miss Kinney is gonna fight somebody!' is word that spreads fast.

"Computer, load up empty warehouse training program and queue up my workout playlist." she tells the room, which responds by shimmering into a warehouse that's mostly empty, save for a bunch of abandoned stuff, ranging from wooden boxes to a forklift in the corner and music fills the otherwise quiet room.

Tereza shows up shortly thereafter, dressed in a shapeshifter's uniform... just in case, of course. She smirks at the setting, "Nice. I approve of the music."

[Laura Kinney]

"This kinda thing needs the right atmosphere. Especially since I don't expect you to hold back." she says, cracking her neck and dropping into a loose fighting stance.

[Tereza Rozanov]

"Wouldn't dream of it," Tereza says, skipping the stance herself, darting at Laura in a feint as she ices the floor under Laura's feet.

Most people probably would have lost their footing on the ice, even if they'd recognized the feint. Laura bends her knees and the blades shooting out from the front of her feet punch through the ice and find purchase, propelling her towards Tereza in an ungraceful shoulder-tackle.

Tereza takes the shoulder charge, letting it knock her away from Laura as she skids, ice forming on her hands and feet to try freeze to the floor to stop her motion. She pivots, turning gold-flecked eyes on Laura. She flicks her hands forward, the ice on them launching towards Laura.

Laura's claws snap out with a 'Snikt' as she strikes at the frozen projectiles, Adamantium blades making short work of them mid-air.

Tereza gets a little cagey once the blades pop out, circling Laura as she looks for an opening.

To Laura's credit, the blades retract the moment she's cut the last chunk of ice out of the air and she advances on Tereza, coming in with a one-two punch aimed at her shoulders in an attempt to push her off-guard.

Tereza catches the blows on her shoulders, rocking back off her guard for a brief moment before her hands dart out as she tries to grab Laura's upper arms. Newly sharp fingernail claws dig in to add to her grip as she tries to use the momentum to toss Laura into the fork lift, a task easier said than done.

Before long, a certain redhead is in the observation deck, her eyes glued to the action.

X-23 is surprisingly heavy for someone as tiny as her, but she's in motion, so some of that momentum works in Tereza's favor and she gets flipped over and slams into the forklift with a loud thud, rocking the thing in it's place before landing on the ground on all fours. The punctures in her arm where Tereza's claws sank into her slowly closing.

Tereza grins at her letting out a pleased sounding growl. The lines on her arms glow brighter and a sudden shove of ice tries to pitch the forklift over onto Laura.

[Laura Kinney]

Laura rolls away from the toppling lift, narrowly dodging it crashing to the ground. She comes out of the roll and jumps straight to her feet, bridging the gap between her and Tereza in moments and throwing a kick at her chest.

[Tereza Rozanov]

That seems to catch Tereza off guard, knocking her onto her back. She rolls away to her hands and knees, looking at Laura with more yellow in her eyes.

Laura immediately follows up, socking Tereza right on the jaw with a left hook.

That rolls Tereza away and she gets up snarling, teeth sharper than before. Her suit shifts a bit as her body tries to shift, but she holds it back, opting instead to launch herself at Laura with an uppercut of her own.

[Laura Kinney]

Laura seems to almost lean into the blow, bringing up her knee to slam into Tereza's stomach even as the blow throws her head back, bringing it back down to headbutt Tereza before stumbling backwards to try and reorient herself.

Tereza stumbles backward, holding her head with one hand and her stomach with another. There's another growl and the bones in her arms crack and elongate. She flexes her lengthening fingers, the pain seeming to drive her forward to try to yank X-23's legs out from under her.

"There! Now it's a part---ayyyy!" Laura gets interrupted by being rudely yanked off her feet and going flying into a pile of wooden crates that splinter under the impact.

[Tereza Rozanov]

Tereza lets the change take her, bones cracking and fur sprouting. Her fur's almost completely black, the only spot of white under her chin. Her ears flatten back and she rushes towards the broken crates.

[Laura Kinney]

Laura comes up from the broken remains of the crates, wielding one of the sturdier pieces of one and swings the two-by-four right at Tereza's head like a baseball bat.

The two-by-four connects with Tereza's now larger head and rings her bell pretty solidly. She stumbles away, bumping up against another stack of crates. One of those crates promptly goes flying at Laura's head, propelled at the speed of werewolf strength.

Sam is still raptly watching the fight, but as some of the other students in the deck see how intently she's watching, she blushes a bit.

Once again the claws snap out, although it doesn't work quite as well against the bulky crate. Still, she weakens it with a well-aimed strike before it shatters against her shoulder...

[Tereza Rozanov]

A werewolf is hot on the box's heels, though Tereza tries to slam into Laura somewhere just above her knees. This would have been the opportune moment to employ teeth, but fighting that instinct seems to slow Tereza up a bit.

Tereza still manages to tackle Laura off her feet and is rewarded with a series of blows to her side that do not feel like they're coming from the comparatively tiny woman she's pinned against the wall.

After a few of the blows, Tereza flinches away from further blows, trying to throw Laura away from her to give her some distance.

[Laura Kinney]

At first it seems she succeeds, but Laura doesn't fly very far, having managed to grab hold of a fistful of hair, instead swinging around and landing on Tereza's back. She shoves herself off via a two-footed kick between her shoulderblades, flipping backwards before landing in a crouch.

The kick sends Tereza sprawling, but she scrambles back to her feet with an outraged snarl. She whirls on Laura, charging her in a reckless manner.

[Laura Kinney]

Laura straightens up a little and charges at the oncoming werewolf herself. Leaving all finesse behind she slams into her, blades snapping out of her feet and digging into the ground, leaving behind a long gouge as her significantly slimmer frame is pushed back by the hairy beast.

Tereza continues to push, using her claws to guarantee her grip as she heads straight for one of the walls.

The concrete wall cracks a little when Laura is slammed into it but after a moment of shaking off the daze she manages to get her feet propped against the wall. And a moment later she's managed to push herself up enough to flip herself up into a handstand on Tereza's shoulder, leveraging her weight into flipping the both of them over and slamming Tereza's back down on the ground.

Tereza's breath rushes out in a whoosh and she's dazed for a moment as her body starts to repair itself from being slammed into the floor. She growls up at Laura and tries to slug her off, but the blow's weak.

Laura takes the opening to scramble to her feet to straddle Tereza's chest and grab hold of her wrists, trying to keep her pinned to the floor with the smirk of victory on her face.

Tereza growls at her, trying to arch her body up, but the pin severely limits that. Finally she flops back and bares the white patch on her throat.

[Laura Kinney]

Laura growls at her before pushing herself up by giving Tereza one last shove into the ground.

"Not bad." she smirks.

[Tereza Rozanov]

Tereza struggles to her feet, snorting. She reaches over and pushes Laura's shoulder, but there's some good natured-ness to it. Then she growls and inhales deeply, her bones cracking as she reverts to Tereza-form. Her frame is noticeably slimmer and she flexes her fingers. "I'll have to watch out for that flip off," she says with a grin.

"I've had a lotta time to pick up a few tricks." she grins. "You got a lot of bulk to throw around, so maybe that one might not work so well, but there's a lot of things you can pull off when you don't get injured like normal people. Or just don't care if you do."

"Not really tested that. Probably should try to get some idea at some point. Without killing myself of course."
