Wanda sits on the balcony surrounding top of the lighthouse. She seems troubled and the sky seems troubled with her, a slate gray that threatens to dump snow on the campus. The weather isn't all that unusual, relative to the time of year, so she doesn't bother to try to send it on its way. The occasional cold wind whips around the top of the lighthouse and Wanda shivers.

"...I thought I felt someone up here," Sam says as she reaches the top of the lighthouse stairs.

Wanda makes some half-gesture, "Sorry. Didn't mean to disturb anyone." As Sam gets closer, she can feel something strange about her. Something that's just... off in a way she can't put her finger at the moment.

"Well, you wouldn't. Green just doesn't look the same outside Ireland, right?" That's when Sam catches a whiff of something odd again, the whiff of something that should be dead and isn't.

"So you're just up here sightseeing?" Sam asks, giving her a bit of an odd look.

"Well, that and watching the weather," she says, gesturing so that the clouds move counter to the way they've been moving. And hiding.

"I..." She sighs, "I blacked out last night. I don't usually drink that much, but I don't remember how I got back to the dorms."

"No, I'm fine physically. It's just... I don't drink like that. I feel like a fool. Went to the Raven's Crest to meet some friends, but they had some things come up, so I was by myself and I guess I got bored and started drinking."

"I spoke with her long enough to say hello. She seemed to be making the rounds of the club a couple of times, but I didn't see much of her."

"No disagreement there. She felt kind of weird to me too," Wanda says. It doesn't feel like the sensation is coming from Wanda herself. She should very much be alive. In fact, she's probably more alive than a normal being should be. But she'd come in contact with something that shouldn't be alive.

"Unless she... feels weird to weather powers?"

"Oh, you're a telepath," she says. She seems to ignore the question about weather powers. "That must come in handy for reading people."
