The morning after coming back, Tereza wakes up in her holding cell next to Isolde's. She's still shifted and she frowns at her hands and huffs in irritation.

Sam comes by bright and early. She's still a little unsteady, but she has a couple large paper bags in her hands. The smell of greasy takeout wafts into the cell. She stops there, looking at her girlfriend in confusion.

Tereza looks at Sam and tilts her head, "Still stuck apparently."

"...I guess I should've gotten more takeout." She sighs.

"It's fine. Smells good." She licks her muzzle. "Are you okay?"

"So... was that even you that I yelled at for going off on your own?"

"There's a bad part of me that wants to say yes, so you won't do it again, but no, that wasn't me." Damn having to communicate via inner monologue.

"...then that probably wasn't you I had makeup sex with, either." She sighs, pushing the bags through the hopper to give them to Tereza.

Sam not bringing them in herself seems to wound Tereza just a little, but the pull of the smell of food is a little stronger and she digs into one of the bags to pull some out. "I'm sorry. I thought I could handle it on my own. The school was abandoned, but they were apparently still watching it cause I got ambushed."

"I'm just... wrapping my head around it. It was days he was here, pretending to be you. All so he could get close and..." she trails off.

"And...?" Tereza catches the mood and stops eating, watching Sam intently.

"...he... he stabbed me in the shower. Things got a bit weird, then."

"Weird how?" The food is set aside and Tereza's wolf is already up in arms about the 'he stabbed me in the shower'.

"...I think I died. I bled out on the tiles there."

The food is completely forgotten as Tereza surges to the front of the cell. "I will kill him. Where is he?" There's enough violent murder in Tereza's mind that it might be off-putting, but there's that part of Tereza that's a weapon, primed and ready to be pointed at the target.

That does a little to calm Tereza, but she's still pacing. "Vivienne may know where she found me. They can't be *too* far from there. I was in some sort of facility."

"As far as I know." Tereza shrugs slightly. "Something about her mother being exiled for interference."

"If she needs help, we'll give it to her. That's what we do. Fair warning, she might blame you for 'stealing me.'" She seems to have calmed down enough to start thinking about the food again.

"...at least you're not sopping anymore," Sam says, her expression softening a bit as she opens the cell and walks in.

"Though I guess I was soaked when you got here, too."

"I still smell." Her nose wrinkles. "I need a shower."

She shivers a bit.
