Tereza enters the area of the holding cells. She's not anxious to be back here, but the fact that her eyes are still golden and her nails still sharp leads her there anyway. She stops in front of Isolde's cell, watching the other woman for a bit without saying a word.

Isolde had been surprisingly quiet during the moon. Even now she has a distracted, almost haunted look before her eyes finally focus on Tereza.

"...you came back."

"Was I not supposed to?" She crosses her arms.

"There was a pretender," she says simply.

"So I've heard," Tereza says, dismissing it, "They underestimated me." Which is true enough though it's covered in an extra layer of bravado. Her eyes narrow a little, "Are you okay?"

"I'm guessing that wasn't a pleasant experience for you," she says, stating what she feels is the obvious. Her golden eyes carefully watch Isolde's face and body language.

She shifts her weight where she sits uneasily.

"I honestly don't know what happens now."

"What sorts of things?" She steps closer to the door of the cell.

"When that is waiting at the end, other deals seem... easier to make."

Tereza frowns, but it's obviously not directed at Isolde herself. "This is a place where bad 'young' women like us get second chances, Isolde."

"I'll just assume you're giving me grief for stating the obvious," she says, "I assume you're still wolf-cursed, I can't imagine dying and coming back undid that."

"I wouldn't suggest you agree without knowing them, though they're likely to be preferable to nothing. She's fair if a little 'letter of the law' sometimes." She takes a deep breath, "I assume some part of you still thinks of yourself as 'alpha'?"

Just so we're clear on two points: One, we won't let that 'lights go out' thing happen and two," she curls her lip, revealing a sharper-than-it-should-be canine, "don't try to pull rank on me. I won't like it and I'll be forced to do something about it."
