Tereza's eyes met hers, flecked with some yellow. "Things are often amazingly simple for the wolf."

"You wanted the wolf tonight, so it's the wolf you'll get," She says, not breaking eye contact.

Her ears twitch to points at the side of her head, her eye-teeth arching into fangs. Rusty hair sprouts down the back of her neck in a tapering line, settling between her shoulder blades.

Tereza watched the change, her own eyes growing more yellow as she watched.

Standing up, she sheds the last of the tatters she was wearing, still keeping her gaze locked on Tereza. The initial sprouting thickens and spreads down her back, eventually blossoming into the lupine tail that was so reluctant to retreat earlier. Her joints crack and pop as her frame surges upwards and outwards, a lush rusty pelt pushing forth to carpet her now-monstrous outline. Finally its borders reach her face, closing in as it pushes forth into a wolfish muzzle.

She sits back down in front of Tereza, somehow still managing to tower as her long mane drapes over her dense hackles.

"Better?" She smirks toothily.

She grins, "I like it. It makes me want to shift, but I think I'll finish eating first."

"Just gives me an advantage in eating more of this bucket," she chuckles as she takes another piece.

Tereza reached in and grabbed a piece, plopping down to begin eating it. She put a few pieces away herself, but she left most of the bucket for Sam.

"Like I said," she quips, licking grease from a monstrous finger, "'Atrocious table manners."

"My turn then, I guess," Tereza said, stripping and starting her own shift. She didn't gain as much in the way of height or mass. Her fur was a white-flecked grey and her coat was a little on the fluffy side.

"Everybody else's so bloody dainty, it seems." She teases.

"Like I said, I'm a runt. The rest of the pack are closer to your size." She plopped back down on the couch, which creaked under their combined weight.

"Well I felt like an ogre around Viv, too."

"Viv is weird. I'm not sure what she is, but she's not a werewolf." She scooted closer to Sam.

"Still, I only have two points of reference for people who turn into wolves, or wolves that turn into people."

"One more day and then you'll meet the rest of the pack and then they'll never stop pestering you."

"Oh, you make it sound so pleasant," she chuckles, going to put an arm around Tereza.

"You've got skills and size. And it's often easier to get, say, car repair from someone who understands why there are frustrated claw marks under the hood." She snuggled in under Sam's arm.

"Still not making it sound less annoying," she smirks toothily.

"Just wait til you need someone with a cargo van they can bring at a moment's notice. Oh wait," she said, smirking back.

"That very much wasn't my fault."

"Just making my point that it comes in handy. You'll see." She nuzzled up under Sam's chin.

"You're lucky you're cute," she says, idly running her hand down Tereza's back.

"How lucky?" She grinned.

"How lucky do you want to be?"

"I think we could both use some 'really lucky' after our good work today, don't you?"

"Well then, I hope your neighbors don't mind noise," she says, nuzzling Tereza.

"They already think I'm strange. A little growling and howling isn't going to change that," she said, standing and tugging Sam's hand.

"The lady makes a compelling case," she replies, hefting herself off the couch and following.

"One of the things I'm good at," she says with a chuckle.
