Primordial shifter.
-Adaptive shifting, so think thick carapace, bone spikes/blades, claws, increased size, strength, speed, wings, acid spraying, etc. Charles is limited to biological solutions, so no evolving magic, or turning into metal, rock, etc.
-Possesses remarkable regenerative capabilities similar to most shifters.
He's still working out the kinks with his powers and dealing with a much more primordial feral side.
Personality:
Charles embodies Minnesota nice. He's polite, kind, and somewhat reserved.
Description:
Fairly non-descript with an average trending towards slim build, average height, light brown hair, and gray eyes. He still speaks with a Minnesotan accent despite living having lived in Chicago prior to heading to the UK.
Background:
Charles was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota before moving to Chicago. He grew up solidly upper middle class as both of his parents were biology professors working at the University of Minnesota and then later at the University of Chicago. When his mutation manifested his parents were very accepting and understanding (though somewhat upset that he'd destroyed a sizable part of their home). Knowing that they couldn't help their son with something they couldn't truly understand they found tutors for him through X-Corp. As time passed both his parents and X-Corp decided it was probably for the best if he continued his education and learning about his powers at XU.
