Power: Samantha is a shapeshifter and telepath. She has spent a fair amount of time since her powers emerged developing her telepathic defenses. When her defenses are breached her form tends to waver based upon the thoughts of those around her. She presently has the most talent in mimicking people. Though she is capable of assuming non-human forms, she has been reluctant to push herself on that front.

Personality: Prior to her powers emerging, Samantha was highly sociable. She became more withdrawn as she learned to cope with them, and has only recently started to gain her confidence back. She's still a bit reluctant to be around crowds, but she's getting better.

Description: Samantha is of average height, with ginger hair, green eyes and pale freckled skin. She favors loose clothing most of the time.

Background: In her younger years, Samantha took a fair number of traditional and jazz dance classes. One of her favorite pass-times was when her cousins in Dublin would sneak her into dance clubs. Samantha's powers first emerged when her younger sister Kathleen was having a nightmare. She went into her sister's room to try to comfort her, only to find herself transformed into the monster from Kat's dream. Since then, she had to spend roughly a year at Muir Island to get her powers under enough control that she could be around people in polite company again. Since completing her secondary school in addition to occasional tutoring at Muir, Samantha has been encouraged by Professor Xavier to enroll at the university at the Braddock estate.

What do you mean by "non-human forms"? Is it just the same she did back on XU?

Potentially. I haven't decided the extent to which she'll grow just yet. Hasn't managed any of the weird flock/swarm stuff, and has only become monstrous by accident in most cases. So she knows she's capable of nonhuman biological forms, and hasn't pushed herself past that (though may be required to in her power tutoring or urged to it by peer pressure).
