Power: Nailah's mutation is mainly physical. Her legs are that of a lion, covered in fine, sand-brown fur. She has a tail that ends in a tuft of brown, coarse hair and her hands and feet have claws on them. In addition she has brown eagle wings growing out of her back. The rest of her upper body is that of a normal human. The physical changes have given her increased physical capabilities, allowing her to run, jump and kick with more strength than normal while the wings enable her to fly. Like any other muscle though they're subject to exhaustion and how much she's trained them and right now she isn't very fast in the air, nor is she able to lift somebody else along with her. She can hold on to somebody while gliding down however. She has slightly enhanced reflexes that allow her to react extremely fast and her agility is what one would expect from someone who is half cat.

She possesses a form of precognition that allows her to determine a sequence of actions that will lead to the stated (and not necessarily desired) outcome. She does not know how or why these actions will lead to the results and she is only ever aware of the next step in the sequence. This is mentally taxing and invoking a path she then doesn't follow often causes painful migraines.

Personality: Nailah is energetic and easily excitable. She tends to be in a good mood, but if things don't go her way she can be prone to pouting and moping to get her way. Most of the time she's fairly optimistic though and loves to show off. She tends to think she knows best and she is pretty clever, even book-smart, but she tends to overestimate herself.

Description: Nailah's most prominent features are her physical mutations as described above. She tends to wear t-shirts and jeans or other clothes that let her move about without being too restricting. She likes wearing sun-glasses because she thinks it makes her look cool.

Background: Nailah grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, her parents having decided to home-school her from an early age out of the conviction that they could do better than any school they could afford to send their daughter to. Her mother being an English teacher and her father a History Professor they weren't entirely wrong, though Nailah always kind of resented not being able to go to school with other kids. When her mutation came in at 15 it vindicated her parents to some extent, forcing Nailah to spend a lot of time inside due to not everyone being happy with such an obvious mutant in the community. She finished her high school education ahead of time, motivated by the thought of being able to go to college, especially when she heard about Xavier's University. So now, at 17 she managed to talk her parents into letting her take advantage of this unique opportunity.
