Personality Profile:
Katarina is generally optimistic, adorable and plucky; unassuming, naieve and normal, at least, until the Agency got a hold of her. She has shown a decent ability to stay cool under pressure, though rolling with the punches as they're dealt to her.

The Weird:
The release of Dancing on the Rooftops had to be abruptly cancelled by Agency agents after it had a hypnotic effect on early listeners -- a near-uncontrollable desire to actually go dancing on rooftops, even if said rooftops were not particularly fit for dancing (see supplemental injury reports SRN-86753-09]).

Further investigation indicates that Katrina is a distant descendant of the Σειρήν -- the sirens who lured sailors to destruction with the sweetness of their songs. Katarina's voice, when properly utilized, can compel others to follow her instructions.

At the moment, Katarina has little control over this ability -- when it triggers, when it does not. She also has little control over it's strength; the less likely a person would be to follow the commands, the easier it is for them to ignore them; but that's a matter of skill and willpower; more tests are required.
