Power: He can emit kinetic pulses from his palms. Though these have no real range limit the strength does decrease with range. At point black a blast could send a person flying back several feet, but at a hundred yards would be no more than light push.
Personality: He is friendly but has a slightly oversized ego. He also can be opinionated and even a little hot-headed at times.
Description:Just about 6 foot tall, with black hair, brown eyes and tanned skin. The part of his palms where the kinetic blasts are projected from are colored a bright orange-yellow. He dresses fashionably, but not in the most expensive brands.
Background: He grew up in Italy and was attending a regular college there until their version of the MRA passed. He then stayed in Germany for awhile with other mutants fleeing MRA nations before enrolling in Xaviers.
