[Event] Thread Tags!

Alright, thanks to the efforts of Bryan and Trav, we now have thread tag functionality. I will see about cooking up some snazzy graphics to replace them but until then we have text ones. You will see a dropdown menu to select them between the Thread Title and the actual posting window.

[Event] - For large happenings that generally involve or effect every character and are generally 'disruptive' to regular life at the school. We will make sure to have and extended downtime period after these to give everyone a chance to deal with any potential fallout or come back to the regular state of things.

[Issue] - Dedicated and planned plots that pull on a couple of people dealing with a situation, be that as a dispatched team or coming together through happenstance. Some downtime afterwards to allow everyone the chance to catch their breaths if they wish, but characters not involved are free to go about their business while these are happening.

[Plot] - This one is to highlight the fact that a thread is intended for a specific character plot or development. Mindscape threads dealing with a specific thing, Will vs. Will brawl in the Danger Room, smaller more personal things that stand out from just regular social interactions

[Drama] - Low-key on a school-wide scale but intensely important to the characters involved. Not necessarily bad, but probably mostly. Break-ups, big dates that's meant for important character beats, angst and bliss. Indicating that the thread author has something in mind they want to get at if not necessarily a specific person to be involved or even looking for someone interested to get into it.

[Social] - Your everyday thread. Grabbing coffee and bumping into somebody, life as normal, just people hanging out or training in the DR, having breakfast and going about their lives. No strict agendas or expectations.
