The "High Concept" phrase is just a few words to sum up your character concept.
The "Aspect" fields are hooks that tie your character to others and to their overall arc. They can be things your character has trouble with, but the best ones are kind of double-edged. They're things that sometimes help your character if they're leaned into, but can harm them if they get too deep.
Some characters already have these on their profiles, if you're curious as to what people are using. You don't have to fill out all of them, but at least the concept and one aspect would help.
