Sam spent roughly a year there, and returned regularly for tutoring during her high school years.

Miriam would have been there, mostly keeping to herself but they might have met.

Tess spent several years there, with high school tutoring and power control and development as well as some of the therapy and counseling. It's highly likely Sam would have seen her around at the very least.
