Xaviers!

Since we're somewhat divesting ourselves from the "Issue-Downtime-Issue-Downtime" format, we thought it might be useful to have a megathread with active plots looking to involve more characters so people know what they can get involved with.

I know that for me, at least, I'm sometimes worried about barging on someone's plot when I think it's just between two characters--but sometimes, the people writing that WANT more input and wonder why everyone else is staying away.

That's why I'm going to keep this first post updated with people's plots that are open for mass interaction--or, at least, have room for a few more people. You can either post here when you have a thing going on or PM me to keep it updated; it's just a good way of keeping people in the loop as to what's going on.

ACTIVE PLOTS

Blood is Thicker Than Water
Brief Description: Rob's father is conducting horrific experiments on mutants, appears to be searching for something.
Plot Runner: Rob
Play Type: Investigative, Some Light Action
Duration: Long-Term (or as long as my patience lasts)
Skill Set: Science, Cosmic, Telepathic

Dark Shadows
Brief Description: Onyx is acting weird, may have murdered a guy.
Plot Runner: Onyx
Play Type: Investigative, Drama
Duration: Short-Term, Potential for Long-Term consequences
Skill Set: Martial Arts, Superheroics

Currently Inactive Plots
The Not-Quite-Red Menace
Brief Description: Tereza's 'sister' from Russia has attempted to abduct her at least once and the Russian mutant 'schools' have been discovered to be little more than indoctrination centers. X-23 is quietly recruiting people to keep hitting the schools.
Plot Runner: Tereza
Duration: Some short-term conflict, with long-term villains
Play type: Espionage-oriented action and drama
Skillset: Superheroics, Skullduggery, and some Telepathy

There broods alone in a hideous state, A spirit dead and desolate
Brief Description: Sean has set up shop as Guardian of the Lighthouse, but strange things keep haunting him and those around him...
Plot Runner: Barrin (Nailah/Ashlie/etc.)
Play Type: Investigation, Occult Drama and Horror, possibly light-action
Duration: short-term strangeness, long-term revelations
Skill Set: Occultism, Detectiving




Here Today, Gone Tomorrow...
Brief Description: Ashlie is investigating the mechanics of Emilie's dimensional shifts.
Plot Runner: Barrin (Nailah/Ashlie/etc.)
Play Type: Technobabble, Personal Drama, potential for heavy combat down the road
Duration: short-term investigation and research, long-term cosmic developments
Skill Set: Science/Technology, Detectiving, Mysticism

Expanded Horizons
Brief Description: Nash's powers aren't really tied to technology and he is trying to branch out into other things and expand what he can do. This may attract attention he would rather have not gotten.
Plot Runner: Nash
Duration: Long-term
Play type: Research and light action, potential for heavy combat.
Skillset: Science, Technology, Martial Arts, Superheroics
Current Focus: Medical science and combat training.
