After taking Isolde out around Maldon, Tereza returns to her room. She flops down on the bed and tries to process all the things. Her mind is restless and the wolf is getting even more restless than it was after the thugs had threatened her.
"I'm fine," she politely lies. "Or I will be. Took Isolde into Maldon, some thugs waved silver at my throat thinking they were doing her a favor. She disabused them of that notion."
"Things are certainly in the realm of not-good, but Isolde gave me some info that may tilt the scales back the other direction. Turns out there's a vampire hive in Chelsea."
"Someone has to watch Wanda. Besides, based on what you've said, they might be able to sense myself or Isolde coming. Not sure you want to take that risk. You can take care of yourself. I trust you."
"Isolde made a point earlier. Pack means trusting you to have my back. If I don't trust you to take care of yourself, then I can very well trust you to watch my back either." She reaches out for Sam, "Doesn't mean I like seeing you in danger, but I have to trust you."
"I can not and will not allow the power of the Lady to fall into the hands of thew Night Children. Besides, I did give my word that I would aid Wanda."
She caught Tereza's look and smiled. "Beeches are more practical for traveling, the terrain around the locations is quite rough and leather is far more durable then modern denim and cotton."
"No argument. I was just thinking you look good in leather," Tereza says, obviously teasing Vivienne. "I think the vampires have to come first though. They're an immediate threat to Wanda and I can't imagine they'll wait much longer before making their move."
"You might want some alive, but I doubt anyone will shed many tears if you destroy them all. Isolde and I will stay here and guard Wanda, just in case."
"Tactical decision then on whether you think you can properly capture one." Tereza licks one of her canines, "I want both of you to come back, so take care of each other, alright?"
Sean had gotten a feeling that things were coming to a head after a fashion. Though perhaps he'd also seen Vivienne running through the halls carrying a week worth of gear moving through the halls and decided that this was the most likely place she was going. The world will never know I suppose. Sean walked up to Sam/Tereza's door and saw Gemmalara who he didn't recognize and knocked lightly on it as now unsure what exactly was going on and how serious it could be given that there were quite a few people running about now.
Gemmalara wrote:"Will you be requiring my services," asks a voice from just outside the open door. How long Gemma had been standing there was anyone's guess.
"You were my next visit, Gemmalara, though the original plan has changed. Your aid would be appreciated but by no means is it mandatory."
